About Us

Owner & Lead Plumber/Gasfitter Emile Wilson is truly a Vancouver local. He grew up on Alexander St in Gastown and has frequented Vancouver's beautiful parks , basketball courts and local cuisine with his friends and mother since childhood. 

After some laboring work post high school, he realized a passion for plumbing and enrolled in the plumbing & gas fitting program at BCIT. Emile spent the majority of his apprenticeship working on a variety of new build projects including various high raise towers around the Lower Mainland. After completing his Red Seal certification in Plumbing and obtaining his gas fitting license, Emile moved onto a smaller plumbing company where he was able to gain important experience in home renovation, service plumbing  &  project management. 

Finally,  in March of 2023, Emile achieved a life long dream and launched his own business: East Van Plumbing & Heating Ltd!
